Every hat and base paint in Star Wars: Droid Tycoon and how to unlock them — rebirth milestones, crafting counts, Flawless builds, and event exclusives.

Base paints

Your base’s paint is the island’s status symbol — most paints are milestone-locked, so the color tells everyone how far you’ve gone. (Rebirth counts, crafting counts, Flawless crafts, and Beskar collection each have their own guide.)

A few notes:

  • Flawless builds pay off twice — the Flawless and Super Flawless paints at 15/50 crafts, plus a permanent +0.01x total-earnings boost per unique droid type crafted Flawless and a per-type sparkle effect in the cosmetics tab (full mechanics in the Droidex). At 1-in-100 odds even on Beskar builds, 15 crafts is still a long-haul flex.
  • Event paints are gone if you missed the event — unlike the Mythic droids (now buyable as Iconic Droids via Super Rebirth), paints still mark who was there. The good news: cosmetics survive Super Rebirths, so nothing here is ever lost to a reset.
  • There are rings hidden around the map — fly through all of them for Ringmaster.

Hats

Hats are mostly found in the world — exploration rewards scattered around the map:

F1L-ON1, Cone of Coruscant, Rebel Snapback, Twin Sunhat, Speeder Cap, Fennec’s Flyer, Outrider, Hoth Holiday, AT-Topper, Order-67, Bantha Whip, Blaster Shade, Death Star Dish, Gridcap, Outeredge — all find-in-world.

The exception: the Bonehead Hat, exclusive to the Mister Bones event.

Hat locations are being mapped — if you’ve found one, tell us where.
